If you are wanting to locate the correct restrictions for your property, you will need to find the legal description of your home with the subdivision information.
You may do this by visiting the Williamson County Appraisal District website here.
Move your cursor over “property search” and enter in your property address or owner name.
Click “Search”.
Click on the property ID of the correct property.
Look under the second section titled, “Parcel Information” The first line is your “legal description”. The legal description will tell you what subdivision your property is located in.
