Hi Lindsay. Can you please update Snow Woods restrictions to include the new sections? Also, do you know who the declarant is who is in charge of enforcing the restrictions for the various sections of The Woods, specifically Snow Woods?

Hi Krista! I have updated the restrictions from what I could pull from the County Clerk which is Phases 3 and 4. You are in Phase 2 and 3. What is provided should suffice. The Woods and Snow Woods have different restrictions and were created by different entities, thus enforcement will not be the same. You would want to contact Kenneth Snow for questions on enforcement and/or questions for the Architectural Control Committee for your subdivision. All I have on him is a mailing address which I’m including below.
